"Now in my 27th season in the NBA, I have been privileged to have been around some of the game's best coaches.  In 2018 as Head Coach of the Philadelphia 76ers, I researched shooting coaches for my son Sam who was then in 8th grade and about to enter the storied Lower Merion High School program under legendary Coach Greg Downer.

 

Dave Stotter's name kept coming up when I searched the greater Philly area.  I selected Coach Dave and have since learned that he is as gifted a shooting coach as any I have ever been around.  He has a unique ability to simplify the basic mechanics of shooting as well as providing a higher level of teaching if required.  His range of adaptability is exceptional as displayed by his NBA clients down to his beginners.

 

I am a big fan of his and greatly respect his years of service to this part of our sport--arguably the most important.  Now, some 8 years later, and offered only as further proof of my belief in Dave Stotter, he still coaches my son Sam, now a division 1 guard at Davidson.  I highly recommend to those that need help with putting the ball in the hole, to find him as I did many years ago."
