WHAT TO EXPECT

Initial sessions start with a breakdown of every aspect of your shot. Coach Dave gives special attention to developing range. Once good mechanics have been achieved, the focus is on game-speed shooting with an emphasis on the type of shots that you’re most likely to get in game situations. All sessions are filmed and intensive film review is a key aspect of the training and development process. Sessions are typically one-hour in length. Expect a high level of attention to detail in every moment and movement of training. We want your shooting journey to be an enjoyable, collaborative process. We create a training environment that emphasizes positivity, confidence, curiosity, and resilience. Winning the mental game is a critical part of becoming a great shooter.

The journey to becoming a great shooter is rooted in four specific actions that form the core of the Shoot for Your Dreams approach: Visualize, Analyze, Believe, Work

Visualize

Visualization is a powerful tool for achieving goals. It helps harness the power we all have within us. It also helps a player hone in on what his or her game must look like in order to achieve these goals.

Analyze

Improvement requires thoughtful analysis and self-reflection. It’s important for every player to be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses, to know what they need to work on to grow and succeed, and to be a student of the game – and more specifically, a student of their own game.

Believe

Belief fosters strength of will. Belief doesn’t just survive adversity, it gets stronger because of it. The highest levels of performance require the deepest levels of belief. The elite win in their mind first.

Work

It’s what separates the dreamers from the achievers.
